1. The service
Memorylane Digital LLP ("LIT VOW") designs and hosts private wedding web apps for couples ("you"). By ordering an app or using litvow.com you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Orders and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page in Canadian dollars. Your order confirmation sets out the plan, price, timeline and any cancellation or refund terms.
- We begin design once the order is confirmed. Your app is hosted through your wedding, and guest content remains available for 12 months afterwards for you to download.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate wedding details, and only content (photos, text, music) you have the right to use.
- Share your wedding PIN only with your guests, and tell guests that the app collects RSVPs, photos and messages.
- Respect guests' choices — including a guest's request to remove a photo of them.
4. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content, and guests keep ownership of theirs. You give us a limited licence to host, display and process content only to provide your app. LIT VOW owns the platform, software and design system; your custom design is for your wedding's use.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use a LIT VOW app to upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or explicit content, to harass anyone, to try to identify people outside the wedding, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep every app available and secure, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your app, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: designmyapp@litvow.com.
